Hello, I’m Eden!

I’ve been teaching yoga for more than five years. Yoga is not just about exercising—it helps bring balance, strength, and peace into our lives. I really enjoy sharing yoga with others and helping them feel its benefits. Watching my students become stronger, more flexible, and calmer makes me happy every day. My classes are friendly, supportive, and good for everyone, no matter how experienced you are, so everyone can feel comfortable and enjoy yoga.

My Journey

I started doing yoga more than five years ago. At first, I did it just to exercise, but then I learned it was more special. Yoga made me feel calm, happy, and strong inside. It helped me grow and feel better.

Yoga changed my life, and I wanted to share it with others. So, I became a yoga teacher! Now, I teach people of all levels. Everyone’s journey is different, and I love helping my students. Yoga can make you stronger, help you feel less stressed, or just help you enjoy the moment.

I have been teaching yoga for more than five years and have helped many different people. Here’s what I do:
Group Classes: I teach fun yoga classes for both beginners and those who know yoga well.
Private Sessions: I make special yoga plans for people who want to stretch better or feel less stressed.
Workshops: I teach short lessons about being calm, relaxing, and breathing in a healthy way.
Workplace Yoga: I help people at work do yoga so they feel less stressed and can focus better.

Are healing from injuries or have pain that doesn’t go away.
Use yoga to feel less worried, sleep better, or feel happier every day.

Certifications & Studies

I am a yoga teacher with special training in yoga and staying healthy. Here’s what I have learned:

Yoga Teacher Training (200 Hours): I finished a big course from a well-known school.
Advanced Learning: I studied how the body moves, how to relax, and how to stay mindful.
Workshops & Classes: I learned how to keep people safe, stand correctly, and breathe the right way.
Always Learning: I keep taking new lessons to get better and learn new things.


Because of all this, I can teach yoga in a way that is safe, helpful, and enjoyable for my students.
